Chad Stern, President
Chad Stern is the President who joined TG in 2017. He is responsible for all aspects of assigned projects including product quality, schedule integrity, customer satisfaction and financial performance. With 35 plus years of experience Chad has worked on large scale projects in both the commercial and industrial sectors. He is highly respected in the industry and is recognized as a superior leader with his wealth of knowledge, experience and capabilities.
Tom Gillies

Tom Gillies, Chief Executive Officer
Tom Gillies held numerous senior level executive positions in operations, sales, finance, and accounting in the airline industry over the last 45 years. Tom was President and COO of a large all cargo airlines from 1997 to 2012 managing over 600 employees and revenues in excess of 600 million dollars. He formed and operated two successful aviation related businesses before helping Tyler grow TG Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. to the size it is today.
Tommy Gillies
VP Finance & Business Development
Tommy Gillies, Vice President
Tommy Gilles is Vice President of Finance and Business Development. He is a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) with 15+ years of experience in the construction finance field. He has extensive knowledge and experience working with construction companies in various trades.. Tommy has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and an MBA with a concentration in accounting. Tommy is active in several construction association and is the current Treasurer for the local CFMA (Construction Financial Management) chapter.
Kyle Anderson
Manager Purchasing & Inventory
Kyle Anderson, Manager Purchasing & Inventory
Kyle Anderson joined TG in September of 2023. Kyle has 7+ years experience in the Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Purchasing industry. Prior to that, he held roles within Operations, overseeing Production Scheduling and Forecasting, while also managing the relationship with the customer to ensure product demand was met. Kyle had 8+ years experience where in addition to daily job responsibilities he led multiple projects focusing on cost and time saving efficiencies.
Joe Pope

Joe Pope, Estimator
Joe serves as TG’s Senior Estimator. He is responsible for estimating, bidding and budgeting within the company. Joe has a bachelor’s degree in business administration/Computer Management. Joe has over 40 years’ experience in commercial and industrial plumbing. He began his career in 1979 working for his family-owned plumbing and mechanical company.
Ryan Green

Ryan Green, Accounting Manager
Ryan Green has been with TG Plumbing & Mechanical, since 2019. Ryan joined TG upon returning to Central Ohio after serving as the accounting manager of a large apparel company in Orlando, Florida. Ryan is a graduate of Franklin University in Columbus, OH.

Jerel Crilow is a Project Manager who joined TG in 2017. With 35 plus years of experience Jerel has worked on large scale projects in both the commercial and industrial sectors. He is highly respected in the industry for his wealth of knowledge, experience and capabilities and is recognized as a superior leader by customers and employees.

Tony Fischer is a Project Manager who joined TG in 2020 after working with another Central Ohio plumbing contractor for many years. He is responsible for all aspects of assigned projects including product quality, schedule integrity, customer satisfaction and financial performance. With 40 plus years of experience Tony has worked on large scale projects in both the commercial and industrial sectors. He leads several teams on a number or our multi-family projects.

Billy Middleton is a Project Manager responsible for all aspects of assigned projects including project quality, schedule integrity, customer satisfaction and financial performance. With 30 years of construction experience and 15 years of project management expertise Billy’s organizational and communications skills have proven invaluable in managing large scale projects, keeping them on schedule and on budget.
Zach Gray

Zach Gray, VP of Special Projects
Zach Gray is the VP of Special Projects who joined TG Plumbing and Mechanical in 2024. He is responsible for all our special projects and smaller commercial projects. With over 17 years of experience in the plumbing and mechanical field Zach strives to maintain quality workmanship while successfully completing projects on time. Zach is working to build our Special Projects division through strong customer relationships and reliable, quality installation that you can count on.

Jon Sechkar, VP of Plumbing Service
Jon Sechkar is V.P. of Plumbing Service and is responsible for developing and growing the residential, commercial, and industrial service divisions at TG. With 20 years’ experience in the plumbing industry focusing on customer service and building relationships, he has a reputation in the industry for solving problems and creating lasting relationships with customers.
